I think what he says is correct, we are reasonably neat and tidy, but have no goals in the team and defensively look like we will concede a goal or two a game.
2 new defenders and some creativity from midfield and a target man plus another forward are needed.
Look what QPR did with getting in Hemel and Wells up front, they became a totally different side.
