Their lawyers have also highlighted serious safety concerns about how the paparazzi have been driving...
I think one of the issues may be, that Meghan was not an A List celebrity before Harry, so when comparing the British paparazzi to the American paparazzi it was apples and oranges. They are now the Kardashians when before she was just an actress on a show.
I hope they can find what they are looking for, but I struggle to see how if they need to keep their profile up to keep earning, but don't want any media intrusion |  |

A photograher is entitled to photo someone in a public place - something not always understood.
Where the problem and intrusion arises is if the persons(s) is/are in their private domain. Garden, indoors etc. That's where the law needs to come down heavy as any person should be free to walk about do as they wish etc in the privacy of their home. | | | |

They will be maintaining large houses in two countries for a start.
Not sure whether they have to pick up the huge security bills. Estimated at £3m per annum... I dont think 2-3 body guards cuts it.
To be fair, they have huge earning potential, but that will require a very public profile. |
I'd forgotten about the 2 houses thing I must admit, so can agree on the ££ totting up there - but there'd be nothing to stop Meghan going back to acting and/or modelling if she wanted - she'd obviously be offered plenty of roles worth megabucks, & I'd have thought after 2-5 years or so of that they'd be set up for life. Of course that'd be on the back of her current status as well as looks & previous success in the industry, but that's hardly her "fault".

He clearly implied that in his view one or more people tried to kill her and had obviously succeeded. He doesn't have any concrete evidence so of course it didn't come to trial, and of course he's not going to name any names without such evidence.
The other bloke's theory was beyond far-fetched imho - in his view, the RF had just been trying to get Diana injured so that she'd be air-ambulanced back to the UK for treatment & thereby away from Dodi. | |

Yes, Fayed as his client possibly had something to do with it.
But Mansfield was also selling a book and that was the claim that would naturally get headlines. Seems more like a throwaway theory without evidence that got him the sort of book promotion reserved for best-selling authors. | |
