Something has not come back 21:26 - Feb 4 with 4571 views | groovyASH | The dust has settled on a week we were smacked by Rotherham and Peterborough. Usually some form of perverse hope or optimism has returned to me by now, but it hasn't come back this time. Just don't think I have it in me to care about this club anymore. Maybe chronic let down and disappointment does catch up with you eventually

Something has not come back on 14:22 - Feb 5 with 459 views | textbackup | I’m only slight less angry after Saturday as I was after the Norwich 5-1 Took me a good couple of years to properly get over that, call me sad I’m really not fussed.

Something has not come back on 13:33 - Feb 5 by Bluedandy | You must be pretty old if you remember the pain of following Town in the Third Division South. |
But Third Division South was not so much a down but a passing through from amateur status to supra professional - for a few decades anyway.

Been around as a fan since the 91/92 division 2 champions season. So should be customised to disappointments by now you'd think, but recently nope. You usually see a fairly up and down trajectory of fun supporting any other club, not the constant downwards despair following Ipswich gives you. I mean Christ, when did a 2-1 win at Tranmere become an occasion for crazy league-winning level celebrations?
