I'm wondering if Dyer is the power play Evans will make to get ST holders to renew.

A Warnock/Dyer team would likely see renewed hope.

that is pretty much in place ready to go so I've been informed

I'd ***king love that. Dyer with Warnock would be absolutely perfect.

its an absolutely brilliant read.

Looking forward to him taking charge next season. some of them players wont though

Brilliant read? More like another talking head just spouting what he thinks the people want to hear. Dyer is no leader of men and it would be a step backwards if he became manager. People on here can’t wait to have a go at Skuse or whoever is wheeled out before or after games, yet when Dyer speaks it’s like he’s some sort of Messiah.

So good that Kieron is seeing/feeling it, the same as us fans.

From my beer addled memory I thought we were unbeatable at home and poo away under Jim.

That was in Jim’s 2nd season where we lost once at home all season, but only managed 3 wins on the road. We won a higher proportion of away games the following year, but the home form was much more mixed and this was after a summer transfer window with Evans putting in a decent wedge of money.

Wasn't he linked with Blackpool during the window? Good to know someone, somewhere would like our offcasts...

I think that was a missed opportunity as his value will only be declining & he's rarely delivered here after 2 seasons under 2 managers.
