Has become a bit of an issue over the last few weeks after someone posted a team on here ahead of a game. We would be grateful if posters avoided doing so in future.

So the club are saying what can't be posted on here. It does still say Independent Ipswich Town at the top of the website doesn't it?

Yes it does, but as such, Phil requires access to the club and to press conferences. Access which may well disappear if the club views TWTD as untrustworthy.

Phil just writes the pathetic drivel that the manager and players spout. It wouldn't be missed. He could do match reports watching the game on ifollow. If twtd let's the club tell them what can't be posted then twtd is not independent. Unless the contents of a post is obtained illegally to delete it is wrong. Presumably clicks to pay a wage are more important to twtd.

Clicks to pay the wages and operating costs of the website is very important to all of us. Compared to many independent football forums and websites, we are very lucky to have one as journalistic and an professional as we do.

"He could do match reports watching the game on ifollow"

Yeah, sorry forgot, this isn't Phil's job is it? Just a hobby for our entertainment. Stuart Watson could do the same thing and watch the match on his laptop and publish the official statements from the club.

My mistake, as you were.
