I'm very confused about this game. Honestly I don't know how to feel but as I can't quite bring myself to go for option 3, it'll have to be option 2 (assuming option 4 isn't something like Lambert being sacked tonight).

Covid saved his job last year, it's probably going to save it again. ME just will not payout, we know what he is like. The hospitality business is rock bottom right, huge loses.

If Lambert isn't resigning he's committed to paying it anyway. The only question is whether he's willing to employ someone competent to run the football team or not.

The idea that he's just going to let the next four years play out without significant improvement is daft. |
He wont wait four years but will delay until it is too late to save this season. So we will be totally fooked and in the worst position possible. This would be entirely in keeping with his light touch 'management' of the club. I am afraid I come down on Mr Towns side on this.
