You make a couple of good points, especially about the TV, I hadn't thought of it like that before.
If she was getting at the health of the nation she has a point as well but having someone in a wheelchair was daft. As a nation though we are in a big problem with health. You never saw such states as you do now years ago, it's the amount of takeaways we (as a nation) scoff down our throats, that and poor cooking with frozen pizzas and frozen chips - and bloody ready meals.
When one travels abroad you don't seem to find so many fat people walking about (I exclude USA), it certainly hasn't helped our Covid death count. |
