Cricket 2nd Test Day One 04:08 - Feb 13 with 1987 views | gainsboroughblue | What a start! Lose the toss. India 0-1. Olly Sone gets the dangerous Gill lbw offering no shot.

Cricket 2nd Test Day One on 10:39 - Feb 13 by Steve_M | The use of the third umpire in this match is abysmal, there’s two really poor decisions in a few minutes. I can accept the benefit of the doubt with the stumping but to not review the part of the action that England actually reviewed is inexplicable. That helps, 249/5. |
Clean bowled. India probably should have chanced their arm and reviewed it.

As Butchers just said, that's a review we've lost as well now. Proper shambolic stuff...

Cricket 2nd Test Day One on 08:41 - Feb 13 by Reuser_is_God | I’ll be delighted with a draw from here! |
Is it likely to rain for 3 days? By the end of 5 days full play on this pitch India would be batting for the 4th time....

Cricket 2nd Test Day One on 10:23 - Feb 13 by RadioOrwell | I really missed having cricket on TV all day. It's like the 70's all over again. |
As with the 70s, decisions from the home umpires as well. To be fair there were plenty of poor ones last summer in England.
Cricket 2nd Test Day One on 11:03 - Feb 13 with 614 views | gainsboroughblue | Gone under the radar probably, but Foakes has been really good behind the stumps. England have great depth. If only we had a modern day Swann.

A proper spin bowler who can build pressure is the one thing this England side is missing. We can get away with it quite often but on a pitch like this (and no doubt for the next 2 matches) we get exposed a bit. Here comes the new ball. Another wicket tonight would be nice.

Cricket 2nd Test Day One on 10:34 - Feb 13 by WestStanderLaLaLa | Very much enjoying the master class in wicket keeping |
Wrote this earlier and just realised I didn't actually post it! "First session slightly in England's favour, second session firmly India's. Need to continue to make the third session England's to get back into the match. Love how Test match cricket get move momentum between the teams. However, if the pitch is difficult to play, they already have a total that will make it difficult for us." We could have done with a couple more wickets in that last session for 20-30 fewer runs. As it is, going to need to get the last 4 quickly tomorrow. They are well in charge.

Cricket 2nd Test Day One on 11:51 - Feb 13 with 544 views | Ace_High1 | Liking the look of Stone, but if Nick Night mentions one more time that he is a "good young Norfolk boy" or that he is on a "fast bowlers development contract" with the ECB I think I might break something.
