Team morale 15:28 - Feb 18 with 1000 views | chrismakin | Considering how bad Tuesday was. Followed by Pauls equally depressing post match interview. Followed by more negativity over the ref all over the media etc etc How on earth is this side gonna be pumped for Saturday. I know they always come out with " Team spirit is high" but I just cant accept that. Tuesday was a side playing like they'd lost a manager. Its gonna be one hell of a game for oxford.

Trouble is, if they do that, they will probably end up being 3-0 up at half time and Lambert will pull them all to then lose 4-3.

Team morale on 15:31 - Feb 18 with 962 views | Bluefish | All we can hope is that chambo locks them all (management) out of the dressing room and does the team talk himself Lambo would go and sit on the bench and pretend all is OK but when we score the scorer runs to the bench whips it out and does helicopters at shambert [Post edited 18 Feb 2021 15:32]

Team morale on 16:00 - Feb 18 with 819 views | StowTractorBoy | There is no way that morale is high after that shambolic gutless display against Northampton. That performance to me reflects the players are not playing for the Manager and unless Evans pulls the plug we will fall further down the league table. I don't understand why Mr Evans has not come out and at least given us dedicated fans his take on where this once great Club is going. We probably need around 14-18 points to avoid relegation but with this Manager there must be a slight doubt that we can even achieve that points total. I am seriously worried about the very sad plight of my beloved Football Club and so frustrated that nothing is coming out from the top on its intentions for the remainder of the season. Please Mr Evans just issue a statement to us supporters so we know where the Club stands and stop dithering when action should be taken now.
