If new owners come in. But they want a Head Coach.. not a 'Manager' could they effectively make Lambert redundant and pay the max of 8 weeks salary rather than paying off 4 years of wages.

Clearly the Job is the same but different title.. but could that be a financially savvy move by a new owner?
