For those who cancelled their 2019/20 Season Ticket 14:31 - Mar 31 with 1533 views | TieDyedIn95 | I have just been informed by the club the 5 game credit (should been 6 as they have not counted Bury!) I was given as a result of me cancelling the ST will not be rolled over to next season. I have asked them to review this as I think it is a touch unfair given we haven't been able to legally watch football since my cancellation! If you, like me, cancelled and ask for the match credit, then it may be worth getting in touch with the ticket office to try and get it rolled over to when we're allowed back into the ground. I didn't think this would be that complicated to be honest! I thought rolling over the games to the next season would have been straightforward.

I'd take the money off a ST to the value of those 5 games assuming I'd actually get to see them. I am not exactly flush so just don't want that money flushed into the ether because I wasn't legally allowed to attend games!

"This is due to expire at the end of this season, however, there are currently ongoing discussions as to whether this will be extended." So unless they agree something else at present I don't get anything!

I remember paying twice for a snowed off game under Evans. Middlesbrough at home I think. No refund issued if I recall!

I other words people need to kick up a stink in the press or nothing will be done.

Personally I wouldnt see it as that as yet. Perhaps it if they dont extend it. They will refund the cost of 5 games. I dont see legally howd they wouldnt be able to refund you for the 2019/20 season as the pandemic hadnt started when you bought the season ticket. But that is just my opinion

Agree, all their response means is nothing agreed yet. Evans has been very fair during this pandemic. Can't see why he wouldn't extend it. It would only invite a backlash.

I understand it's tough money-wise for the club but I thought I'd go for what would have been in my view a relatively straightforward option of they just owe me 5 matches. It's not as if they have a backlog of people clambering for the seat either!
