I was trying to be optimistic about our prospects but these last two games have me questioning whether we'll make it out of the group. They've gone backwards.
We haven't played well as a side for a long time, we've made Romania and Austria look half decent, we've no real consistent goal threat aside from Kane, we're overthinking our tactics and overplaying the ball, and most importantly of all, we've got barely any get up and go. |  |

What is frustrating is that we have an excellent crop of players but they don't seem to gel into a cohesive team or play in an exciting or impressive way. Hopefully it will click all of a sudden but watching England has gone back to being a chore at the moment sadly.
