Someone suggested it and let's face it we need songs

Found my heart and broke it here
Made friends and lost them through the years
And I've not seen the Premier league/Portman road in so long

I'm not convinced it needs changing a lot, I love it when teams just adopt an anthem as the song is. A few little tweaks could be made though

Really weird way to try and put Robbie down, he signed the biggest record deal in UK history and still a top 10 globally now. He also sold out Knebworth over 3 nights
