I think that's fair. Us remote ones have been somewhat restricted in options for following the game.
I think we missed an opportunity, but that doesn't take anything away for the team and the entertainment they served up. That's important as well to keep fans on side. Sounds like we played on the front foot and the youngsters did great, so all good from that side of things. |  |

With those stats, it shows things are going in the right direction. % Ruling shows you can sustain those without it leading to better times.
Compared to lamberts 4 shots 1-0 win, which gave us a win, but sustainable victories with those stats, no chance. And it happened exactly that way. |  |

I’m sure it’s not usually this negative after our annual Carling Cup 1st round defeat and we even played better than usual.

Yeah exactly I remember clearly when we were getting wins from nothing performances under Lambert and it was ‘got the result but the underlying signs are bad, it won’t last!’ Well, they were right. Now it’s dropped wins but underlying signs definitely not bad but apparently it’s only about results. Some people want it both ways (whichever way allows moaning!) |  |

Think people who haven’t been to the game should try and read a few reports and check the stats over before mouthing off (Obviously not aimed at you, just saying in general) It’s always been the same. On the Radio phone in it’s always ‘I wasn’t at the game but...’

Based on the brief times i've seen him and watching the goal conceded again tonight, he appears to have very minimal awareness of his surroundings....

Tough to judge really as the defence didn’t really have that much to do, he passed the ball around ok ha, scary moment when he lashed at the ball and nearly scored an OG. | |
