Into the third month of the season 17:03 - Oct 2 with 803 views | Burns7 | 19th in League One, 1 point away from the relegation spaces with our only significant win coming against a team not good enough to play in the division. The sad part is, for all the talk about these new players, and change, aside from 1 or 2, we look like a below average League One side. Cook, as much as I want him to succeed, has been an unmitigated disaster here. Sadly if we got rid, all of his players are hardly going to work for a new manager to get us promoted either. It seems Ipswich are in yet another disaster and I just don't know when it will ever end now. Just what can we do? [Post edited 2 Oct 2021 17:03]

That's no excuse though is it, a win will take us to 15th at best after two months of the season. Not acceptable for Ipswich Town. If Lambert had us here people would be losing their heads and throwing flares about.

And, even if they didn’t, would we notice the difference?

Because like the staff, half of them are his mates who came here for him as stated by the players themselves. Frankly, I think some of them are taking the p1ss here. Look at that performance today. Dire League One football. Gamechanger? It's worse than ever!

Ah, so they will find easier playing in League 2 and so that's now their aim? This is akin to Evans making more out of the club through tax breaks the more money the club lost. If the players are not performing to their ability it is down to management.

We have wonderful buzz in the town and the press both national and international, fantastic new owners who have invested hugely, a manager with a great track record who can attract these brilliant new players, and people still think we aren’t cursed. Just gotta laugh luv just gotta laugh, and be grateful it’s American money.

Enough is enough. We can't repeat what we did in the Championship in League One. It's not good enough and if you two (if there really is 2 of you) think otherwise you are wrong. It's not good enough.
