You don't need a weekend in Poland to sample the delights of the aforementioned comestible.
The braised dish made of edible viscera is widely available throughout this nation of ours (except London, it would seem).
A version with sage and breadcrunb is in my opinion the finest haslet to be consumed.

Welcome home footers dear boy.

We have no village green, or a shop. It's very, very quiet. I can walk to the pub.

The very best haslet comes from Lincolnshire.

As do the very best sausages.

Agreed but I'd advise giving chine a swerve.

It's 106 miles to Portman Road, we've got a full tank of gas, half a round of Port Salut, it's dark... and we're wearing blue tinted sunglasses.

Billy Bear meat is the preserve of truly distinguished gents.

Although I'd hate to visit the factory where those poor bears get their faces pressed onto the slicer. Harrowing. But, much like foie gras, I suppose the secret ingredient is cruelty.

I know it may make me a social outcast but I really don't care how much those cute little bears suffer. Their mashed up little faces taste so good. I'm a bit gutted that i don't have any Haslet or Billy bear available for lunch. Gonna go all European with a cheese an ham croissant. Probably be good for nothing and will spend the entire afternoon snoozing

I used to like a bit of Haslet in my younger days, though not seen it for a while. I found it to be superior to luncheon meat, corned beef, tinned or sliced and can even hold it's own up against Billy bear ham

I read that in a Yorkshire accent for some reason.

Very well played Sir.

I once took a girlfriend for a walk to a local preachers house and found myself in Pastor Kidney's.
