Do we need another manager with proven experience at this level?
They all seem to be much the same - past performance is no guarantee of future performance.
Gamechanger must know a man-manager coach in 'murica that can inspire/motivate the players.
For me, it's finding a manager who can manage players and not one with some secret system like high-pressing or wingless wonders (sorry Alf). |  |

I'd have one requirement in particular - if any candidate's past success was with a particular assistant, then that assistant must come too, it could only be a 2-person package. |  |

The No.2 is sometimes the genius who is able to do his job with the pressure taken off him 'cos the focus is on the main man.
