Probably not in any formal sense.

A number of people may make the decision that it is no longer safe/wise to attend, but that will probably be it.

Although new measures are going to be announced this evening, you can bet your bottom dollar that the Government shies away from anything that will have an impact on people's social lives, or the hospitality/entertainment sectors.

Vaccine passports are apparently possible.

Which could affect attendance if LFT results aren't enough to get in.

That's true. Is there a risk, though, that they'll be so caveated and so full of exceptions that they'll be next to useless?

I wouldn't be surprised if the hospitality sector goes back to having to wear masks until you are seated as before.

Well if it's a "proper" vaccine passport it will require 2 jabs (and I guess 3 by the end of January) and having an LFT won't be enough (which is the workaround for some at the moment).

Whether they would check 28000 is a different matter.

Seems like the same that has been in place at Portman Road all season, double jabbed or negative lateral flow test.

Let's hope the non wearing of face masks in the concourse area which is a requirement isnt the same as before and more than 5% wear a mask

Surely they can scan the vaccine passport barcode when they scan your ticket?

No change as far as PR is concerned. Still completely free to falsify a negative LFT if you feel like it.

Can't see any real enforcement of the mask-wearing rules either.

I wonder what proportion will see the tightening of the regulations as an indicator it is now necessary and how many will go "no, he said they were gone and I am not putting them back on again now".
