McKenna is clearly working them harder than Cook and the kitman ever did on 01:36 - Dec 25 by Kieran_Knows | I find the whole ‘kitman’ jibe quite frustrating towards Craney. I appreciate in the past he’s said it’s a role he enjoys, but from what I heard he was a well liked coach who the players really enjoyed working with. Whilst the thread has taken a tangent about Cooks coaches, again, I think Roberts was perhaps a bit chucked in at the deep end. Again, I’d heard he was someone Cook bought with him to tie him over to the summer so he could then appoint Richardson as AM, with Roberts moving more in to an analyst style role (sit in the stands type coach). |
I think the biggest issue was a lack of proper assistant manager who was up to what Richardson used to provide for Cook. Overall, it is clear that the coaching did not work. However, that could be said of the last 3 coaching teams. Let's hope that our new experienced coach is putting together one that will work well.

LOL I'm wondering how many times he has thought to himself, "what have I done? Do they not know what a ball is and as for knowing the idea of the game. "

McKenna is clearly working them harder than Cook and the kitman ever did on 16:53 - Dec 22 by BlueBadger | Interestingly enough, over the last decade the managers with the most 'personality'(Keane and Lambert) to them are also arguably are our two worst managers ever. |
Trouble is you add the other end of the scale, Mr zero personality Hurst
