It took me about three years after moving to Australia to realise that when someone asked 'did I support a team in the EPL' they meant the (English) Premier League and were talking about football.
I always used to say that I didn't really follow US sports and would wonder why they give me a blank look!!
Now I say, no I support Ipswich - and pretty much get exactly the same blank look :-( | | | |
