English Language question 16:56 - Apr 7 with 713 viewsThe_Flashing_Smile

A person suffering from amnesia can be described as an amnesiac, but how would you describe a drug that causes amnesia? I feel like "Midazolam is notoriously an amnesiac" isn't right. "Midazolam is notoriously an amnesic"? Or something else? Googling hasn't helped.

Yeah I could write it like this, but wanted to phrase it "Midazolam is notoriously an ____". I think jeera may have it.

So shouldn't the phrase be "Midazolam is a notorious amnestic."?
