Who knew opening a new food bank was such a joyous occasion… on 19:58 - May 11 by Nthsuffolkblue

If you listen to Gove (interview I saw earlier) it is because of the lack of investment of the Labour Government. How many decades do the Conservatives have to continue to make it far worse before it becomes their problem?

Yes, that’s insane. Irrespective of whether you think Labour didn’t invest enough while in government, widened gaps rather than shrinking them or would have pushed for austerity after 2010 too, the Tories are demonstrably as bad if not worse.

This sort of bare-faced lying and gaslighting of the electorate should be totally unacceptable and beyond the pale. And yet who in the media even calls this stuff out?

Pronouns: He/Him

I think the worst thing about this is that the guests were treated to a buffet after the opening, at a food bank! Let that sink in for a moment.

I am not sure about the vacuous newspeak, but I am sure that bloater told us all how we need to get fit, and shed the pounds after he came out of hospital (covid)

https://www.thesun.co.uk/news/12232124/boris-johnson-full-obesity-plan/

How much of that happened ?

Or was it just another one of his boasts that he was doing something, then forgotten and dropped as with pretty much everything else he spouts ? Well, for his part he has got fatter, looking like he could use a bra in shots when his jacket is off.

Whereas those on a low income do not have much choice about what food they can afford, never mind joining a gym, or weight watchers. They are not MPs eating in a subsidised restaurant on expenses - whilst lecturing others.

If this was someone lecturing others on the harm of alcohol, yet being permanently pssed, that fact would be regularly commented on. However, because some nonsensical mumbo jumbo has been invented, that gets used instead. Much as in the HoC where you can lie (as Johnson consistently does), yet the offence is in pointing that out.

Millions of old and vulnerable folk are obliged to exist on a diet of cheap, processed 'food', yet are being lectured by overweight gutbuckets pandering to like minded bigots with no grasp of, or intention of understanding, how demeaning and soul destroying having to live like that is.

"A butler had been smuggling in organic food and drinks worth £27,000 to the couple, over eight months. The Daily Mail said the wife of a rich Tory donor allegedly organised the daily deliveries, and at least some items were paid by her.

This comes despite Johnson’s claim this year that he has to pay for all his food at No 10.
(ANOTHER LIE)

It’s difficult when people keep surprising you with cake..
Imagine how fat he’d be if he attended all his kid’s birthday parties as well.

Imagine what a memory he would have if he could recall how many they are, and where they live

"The costs of the NHS dealing with obesity in the UK are "vast" and it was time to "get a grip on it", the PM has said. The government is to impose a UK-wide ban on TV adverts for food high in sugar, salt and fat before 9pm to help tackle the problem." (2021)

https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/av/uk-politics-57598171

qwell well, whaddya know, almost a year later and unsurprisingly this odious slug has pushed back these changes by another year, as

"But the Department of Health today announced a one-year delay to the proposed ban on buy-one-get-one-free (Bogof) deals for unhealthy foods, as well as a 9pm watershed for TV ads, with rumours in Westminster that the plan will eventually be ditched altogether."

A very weak man, who needs to lie in the hope that he will be liked. Just as he does in Parliament. Rants away spouting whatever figures/facts come into his head.

As also seen when the bloated bullshi.tter stood on the steps of No.10 in July 2019 and claimed that he had a plan for social care. He did not. There was no plan then, or now. Much as with the 'oven ready' sh.ite. Similarly, when he told the UUF in NI that there would be no border checks between GB and NI. Whereas it was known in 2015 there would need to be.

So let's hope he has not sought political asylum with his mate Putin, before the enquiry into the PPE, Track/Trace scams gets underway in 2023.

Welcome, Comrade Walrusski

Even 'little willie' is attacking the bloater over his postponing of rules to curb the promotion of junk food, as he gives into fellow bigots

" “For the government to give in to them is intellectually shallow, politically weak and morally reprehensible.”"

So expect another i-turn, at some point

Just as with NI where the walrus of waffle lied, and then "hoped the EU would not “apply” them." Which suggests he was well aware of the consequences - as warned by umpteen reliable and expert sources.

His lies are all slowly 'coming home to roast'.

An old Etonian who thought pulling out his shirt and ruffling his hair gave him the 'common touch - whereas what we are seeing is a PM totally at odds with the populace and forced into u-turn after u-turn as the reality of his lies are exposed.

A career of costly failures, in both his public and private life was always going to end in another failure. The checks at the NI border are no more than what this incompetent idiot has forced on other UK ports - check the queues at Dover.

And has no one told the bowler hatted bigots that more checks, regulation and hold ups will happen when the UK finally introduces import checks ?

Maybe another billion and a half will pacify them, imagine the amount of drums, penny whistles and 17th century costumes they can buy with that lot

It's all just a game to these people chap.

And to those who continue to support them.

But don't shout how you want some decency or you'll be labelled a bedwetter or some other weird sh1t.
