Does seem a lot.
Not sure what the Bart deal was in the end but he’s the only one I can think of where there could have been a sizeable number based on appearances, milestones or something that we’d receive down the line. |

Cheers. I should have thought to look there. But none of those, other than Dozzell, would have brought in a fee. I was right with the additions pre-end June 2021, Evans was a free. |

I am not saying for one moment that this is the difference, but it should be worth remembering that ALL transfer fees (except if selling abroad) are subject to VAT. Sometimes the figures quoted include and sometimes exclude the VAT. |  | | |

Actually I've got it arse about face. The suggestion was that incomings and outgoings matched one another but actually there's a profit made when all's taken into account, with the £2.26 million in the accounts and the £2m-and-a-bit-ish for Downes and Gibbs combined after the end of year.
