We have had their absolute pants down. I'm sure Pigott going there knocked some money off of the deal, and we get both players come the end of this season...

Harness one of their most valuable players & best attackers, whereas Pigott pretty much surplus to requirements here.

A real scam will come if we manage to sign Hirst instead of them.

No mention of an option to buy on pig either. So if he does have a great season. Win win for us.

Exactly, and with most of Ashton loans + modern day footy loans we should have an option to recall.

If Pigott flies there, we can recall. If Harness flies, he's ours. As you say, win win.

Can we recall him tomorrow, just for a laugh?

Their fans are rationalising it as giving them the budget to go get Hirst in now. I'd absolutely love it if we bought him too, I think there'd be an absolute meltdown in their fanbase.

In fairness he had a great season before he came here….

Want him to do well though. Always comes across as likeable and could tell he was a good personality around the squad.

If the pigott loan is part of the harness transfer, surely we wouldn't have an option to recall.

Whilst I’m excited about Harness, and he’s one of their higher rated players on 01:44 - Jul 16 with 1406 viewsunstableblue

…. Their fans views are quite mixed

With a very common theme of a lack of quality service… and quite a few feeling it’s good business for them.

Again in McKenna we trust. And as I stated earlier I’m excited that we’re getting some proper dynamic players

I love Aluko, I love CELINA… but do they always tear into the defence?!

Exactly, the original poster says we ‘have their pants down’ but all I can find on line is a mixed bag of reviews

And that article literally is titled ‘he’s too inconsistent’

Anyway I’m excited about him joining and I’m sure McKenna and the quality players we have around him can develop him

But it’s disingenuous to state Pompey fans are unanimously gutted

Just reading on Twitter, most are very very very disappointed with what they percieve to be "poor business."
