Do we know what modifications are being made to the away end?
Weirdly the big screen looks like it now sits partly with the away fans. Which surely creates a numbers of issues, damage being caused namely but presumably renders some of the away seats unavailable.
I guess the club will cover a section of seats for the short term but any idea what they’ll do long term? Modify the roof or the stand slightly or just remove a few seats from the end?
Would have thought they’d have made it slightly smaller to avoid this issue. Looking forward to seeing it action this seems a really odd solution to the space.

No I don’t think any have been lost unless a handful have been taken out in the corner of the lower SAR stand but can’t remember what it looked like before. | | | |

Correct. a small diagonal cut has been made into Churchmans and Cobbold lower stands to create space for the opening. A small number of seats were removed. You can see in the aerial pictures how the affected corners are no longer regular shaped blocks. You can also see the revised seating map for Churchmans lower on the ticketing website.
