I listen to his podcast sometimes and he comes across as a thoroughly decent man. I think the shafting of his brother didn't help him at the time. But he's someone who is trust in government.
Miliband is much more in his element focussing on individual issues he is passionate about, such as climate, and coming up with solutions than he was formulating an election strategy and dealing with the 24/7 media demands of being the leader.
That's not a criticism because he has a lot to offer; it's just an assessment of his skillset.
