Thought the ref got all the calls pretty much spot on. Zero doubt about the first pen, the yellows were sensible too. Perhaps 1 call to dispute which was the 2nd pen but the defender dived in and was no different at all to Davis against Bolton which most people agreed was a penalty. |  |

Ref was awful. J J flattened by two players in the ares and a blatant shove on another occasion first half. Stockton blatant hand ball for his chance in the second.

I thought that was a pen, although can see why hes reluctant to give it. Anywhere else on the field and its a foul, for me.
I also think that same premise forced the ref into allowing them to bundle TJJ over at every opportunity. He couldn't blow for one and justify the other.
I thought our 2nd was soft, but you can't lunge in. It's not an aspect of the modern game I'm so keen on, but at least we're playing the margins rather than having them played against us. [Post edited 8 Oct 2022 18:04]

Thought the Ref was good and the only mistake that stood out for me was not giving a handball then a foul by Stockton on Donacian when he almost scored about 10 minutes before the end . Morecambe fans felt their offside goal was onside . |  | | |
