Had a weird FA Cup dream last night 10:23 - Nov 6 with 1948 viewsKeno

Town got through to the 3rd round and drew Man U at Old Trafford. There was an issue with the team getting there and, so the tie wasn't forfeited, Phil offered to a play a TWTD 11.

Various posters came of of the crowd to line up, we went two up front with Blueball as a lone striker.

Game went well, Phil opened the scoring with a thunderbolt free kick, Mulley got a hat trick, Sitters scored a brace although he only had one boot and in the last minute Hoppy slotted a penalty to make it 10-0.

Ridiculous the things you dream, like Town with ever win 2 cup games in a season

I think the Town FA Cup win was at Old Trafford but was 1974. I believe Man Utd won the 1970 tie at PR.

Hopefully GB was making some swervy runs somewhere down the right channel. I like to think I was on the bench to be played down either flank depending on where the opposition's weaknesses were.

Yes. You are correct.
Not quite as long ago as I thought...

I am a little confused.

Is Blueball a loan striker? On loan from whom? Or should it be Bluebell as a lone striker? If it is, then how did we have two up front?

And did you wake up before the final whistle, because even at 10-0 up going into injury time I am not confident of the win. You know what Fergie time can be like at Old Trafford and our ability to throw away a lead in it too.

I just told my son about this, and he has told me that he had a strange FA Cup dream last night. We got to the final against Man City and I was playing for Ipswich, and I was in goal! Haaland had a hard shot from 6 yards, and it hit my belly and stayed out!

I think the moral of this is that I need to lose some weight! Either that, or if you like pocket money some dreams are best kept to yourself!

I had a dream that we had lost at Bracknell and McKenna took Cook's approach of blasting the players, particularly Josh.

I woke up wondering who the heck Josh was.

Poll: Who would you play at right centre back on Saturday?
