Not sure how many he has in league but last week's was just stupid. Looked like it was for something he said when ref didn't give a pen. Hate it when a booking is for dissent, so avoidable. A longer suspension for 10 is almost inevitable though. Refs seem intent on nailing him. |  |

8 yelows from 20 league games would suggest the next 2 will come in his next 4-5 games. Plymouth at home is the 5th league game. Will need him for that one for sure. | |

With Evans hoping to have some form of Boxing Day involvement and looking at the fixtures, I think we need to hope he manages to make it to at least the Plymouth game on 14th January. Even on his best behaviour, he has a target on his back with some referees so we are in for an anxious few weeks. | |

Conversely, 2 bookings in the next 2 matches would mean he returns from the ban for the Plymouth match!
Ultimately, it is inevitable but I can't see us managing when it occurs. We will simply have to manage without him when it does come. If Evans could be fit before it comes into play would be a big bonus. |  |
