Lambert was at big clubs? He kept that quiet.

The biggest club he was at try to keep it quiet. I think he would rather go out at the top than start sliding back down the path to managing them again too.

Yeah he also comes across well which makes him incompatible for the role. Paul Lambert seems like the obvious choice; a promotion winner who knows the club and has been at some big big clubs.
