That’s the first time i’ve seen Mckenna 18:54 - Jan 2 with 2238 views | Bobsthename | Look as down as that even his mumbling along he seemed well and truely pi££ed off the first time he genuinely seemed upset his words were silent and his statement at the beginning saying it’s going to be a massive job to get Ipswich out of league one . Play in lower leagues get lower class referees we should all know that by now.

He's performed nothing short of a miracle since he arrived. Maybe a couple of wins might just be all that's required to lift his spirits.

He's not going to come out and give away transfer news. There's nothing in that.
That’s the first time i’ve seen Mckenna on 19:44 - Jan 2 with 1863 views | WicklowBlue | We're going through a tough period, what did McK say if we picked fully fit players we have 3 on the pitch? When your struggling like that you really don't need external factors giving you further challenges. Think it's a great time now for a bit of a league break, see what we can do against Rotherham and try and get the squad back to full fitness. I also don't think he was dismissive of new additions coming in just whether there would be additions this week. Think he punted that question quite well. I'd say he's more frustrated about being clinical in the last third as well as the peno decision.

I said this the other week but we just seem a very tired outfit at the moment. We have the look of a side who has played practically a full season already.

The problem with playing a high tempo, high possession, pass and move game and a high defensive press does mean players will get tired. Especially when you are playing twice a week. The illnesses over the last week probably don't help either. The players look like they could do with a rest.

That's what happens when you play strong teams in all Pizza Trophy and FA Cup games. It's just counterproductive when the ONLY goal is to get out of this godforsaken league. | | | | Login to get fewer ads

I agree, and hope KM does a lot of rotating for the FAC3, but depending on our illnesses & injuries, he may not have much choice for that one.

You'd be looking down in the dumps too. But honest answer.. he probably is as ill as the squad have been.

Upped for your last sentence - think some people haven't taken in that if pretty much the entire squad's been suffering from the bug, then it's almost cerain he has too. Obviously the result didn't help, but he's human too & was probably desperate to get home to his sofa or bed with a hot toddy.
