I'm one of the people who was blamed for getting Paul Cook sacked. PM for the full post.

Your only school was the school of hard knocks, wasn't it?

I though that, and the University of Life, had been closed by Ofsted YEARS ago, given they keep churning out utter morons.

I would like to know what advice career teachers are giving to students .
It appears to me that they have to offer the following choices for careers.

First option is a job with more strikes so that very little work actually happens and the rest of economy is allowed to stagnate.
The second option is a job that does not spend time striking allowing more work to be performed and the economy to improve.

Services funded from the public purse should have the right to strike removed as in the long run it is not just inconvenient for the public but also potentially harmful in many ways.

interesting to see avowed opponent of bullies Zapers coming out in sympathy with narrow minded fools spouting ill funded slanders about public servants who've been on the receiving end of real-terms pay cuts and an increasingly hostile and dictatorial government education policy here.
