Why stop at drugs.
If the intention is to portray these desperate migrants as 'others' then why not accuse them of Trafficking guns, being terrorists, carrying new strains of Covid, being homosexuals / Trans - whatever it takes to scare the bejesus out of Daily Mail and Express readers.

The bottom line with regard to the Guardian article is that Albanians are not fleeing anything and there is no reason why they shouldn't be returned home.
