Nope it didn't. It's hard to underestimate the impact the Jan signings have made. Broadhead, excellent. Luongo, excellent and the real difference imo. Hirst, hmm, his impact is more subtle and I think we'd still be doing well without him but is of course a good addition too.
And to think Evans is back in the mix soon as well and Ball as backup backup. I feel a bit sorry for Cam Humphreys, but he was too lightweight in the middle there and it was costing us. Although he will have learned a lot from the game time this season and is certainly one for the future when he bulks up - a loan is probably what he needs for the first half next season whatever league we're in. |  |
