McKenna said they deliberately drive the bus to the ground through the town so the players can get a sense of the atmosphere building when they see supporters walking along, and then the little crowds at the stadium when they arrive, to make it seem more like a premier league club. I really like that, amazing attention to detail.

Trust the process. Trust Phil.

Yeah that's cool. Those details from getting on the coach to kick off seems a very considered pre match routine with no stone unturned.

I feel like I was responsible for the win at Burton earlier in the season. I noticed the Town team coach was waiting to pull out of the FA St George's Park on my way to the ground (c. 10 miles away from Burton). Team must've been using the facility pre match, so I let it out and gave it a few beeps of the horn while my mate was hanging out the passenger window waving the town flag. I'm probably due a win bonus for my part in that.

My daughter waitresses in the SBR suite, so when I drop her off at 11.30 at the main gate, the bus is there ready to depart up to the training ground.

Then it arrives back around a couple of hours later when we're in the Fanzone.

Didn't that happen to Kyle Edwards this season too? The Oxford game, perhaps?

Yes it did! He ran past me as I walked towards the Spread Eagle! Wasn't boxing day though but can't remember when.

**Edit - just Googled it, was before he scored a brace - including that wonder goal - against Cambridge
