That isn't a fair description of your club or its achievements, I think the majority would agree? It's a comment by a Town fan to Town fans of course, and he's possibly not the poster we'd send on a diplomatic mission to your forum; nor would any of the handful of commenters on this Wednesday thread likely be, me included!
However, your trophies are from before your oldest fans were born. You've forgotten Sir Alf but, in fairness, most aren't old enough to have lived through him now either. What scuppered it for Wednesday in hindsight is when more clubs decided to play professional football. We're proud of our European history and you don't really have one, yet you're in good company there and much of our country is anti-Europe these days too. Our achievements are from before half of us were born, which isn't hugely better is it?

Yes agree, thought those comments by Windass were classless, totally uncalled for, you’ve just won ffs!
