What do you think KM's success metric will be this season? 20:19 - Jun 7 with 3562 viewswkj

Having just got promoted there are many schools of thought around our chances. It feels that the hope of reaching top 6 is becoming more and more like an expectation from sections of the fanbase with comparisons being drawn to Luton and Sunderland last season.

What baffles me, however, is just what GC20 might be thinking. Premier league is the end goal and I suspect the aim of this within a decade of ownership as it seems like we're a fixer club who is being done up for a profitable resale. Though I am really curious to what people might think the targets are for KM for this current season.

(To save pedantry, I consider 'this season' to mean 23' - 24' for the context of this post)

The only target will be to stay up, you'd think. That has to be the main focus but they will of course be aiming higher and i expect he will personally want to be within play-off touching distance.

Doubt anyone in any position of power will seriously be thinking staying up will be our "only target". No doubt it will be said to dampen early expectations, but seriously? No way that is the "only target".

Kiss goodbye very quickly to McK if that’s the case. If we want to retain him we have to set our sights much higher, and they will/have.

In the spirit of reconciliation and happiness at the end of the Banter Era (RIP) and as a result of promotion I have cleared out my ignore list. Look forwards to reading your posts!
