I like Stokes but sometimes I think he tries too hard to be alpha.
We've got our best batsman of the last 50 years seeing it like a beach ball and could easily have added another 60 odd. If it qas Robinson and Jimmy left, fair enough. Hopefully, we don't regret this.
Obviously if Aus are 2 down at the close, it's a masterstroke. | |

Yes, kind of feels like that's what we should have done At least until Root was out.

Yes, esp after seeing them navigate those closing overs....hit out by all means but 5 days in this if Sunday is bit of a washout...450 would look imposing walking out on an overcast 2nd day | |
