You would have to hope right now club won't want to sell and player won't want to go. Of course there is a price but you would hope that would be such we could comfortably find a replacement. The issue for me is not just about technical ability but having the right character to fit in with the squad!

Tbf, whenever I've watched him on TV, which isn't loads. He looks like a tireless runner that puts in a shift and is a real thorn.. Bit like Chappers... I always think that "workrate" is a fairly good indicator of character, in most cases..

I guess there are two questions there Will he add more to math day than say Freddie? Will he be better cover if Hirtsy gets injured than Freddie?

I haven't read the rest of this thread so apologies if this has already been done but I think anyone who adds to math day would have to be American!
