Calm down Rimsy. Yes a Premier club can come along and offer silly money for an unproven with potential. We are talking about ITFC strengthening a depleted front line.
That won’t be on an unproven player with potential.
I’d never write off a 20yr player especially one with potential.

Sometime in January. Fans are saying all sorts of things like if we don't get promotion McKenna will go. Davis will be sold etc, etc. Why should any of this happen ? Has the Fireman's pension fund run dry or our potential suddenly evaporated. Many were saying on this forum pre season we'd finish mid table or would be great if we got in the playoffs. We are second and whilst I know we cannot afford to let too many points slip away unless we hit a complete crab we should be in the playoffs. I suspect this would have been a surprise to Gamechanger especially the start we have had and it's only now that we are looking a bit thin on the ground for backups. Which we should all remember was the same last season. Whoever comes in will also need a few games to acclimatize, so it's a case really of hanging in there. | | | |
