Well we know the compensation is likely double this as a minimum so not a huge amount of research gone in to this story, just speculation.


Watson was saying on KOA that the compensation due is large, and larger than anything being reported in the press.

But lets not kid ourselves. With the money the big clubs chuck around, the comp could be 30M and if they wanted him they would pay it.

IMO it's all down to KM, and his personal choice.

Oddly enough, I think Chelsea would be the one that’s more interesting. Young squad with bags of talent. They were also looking much better in the final quarter of the season.

There’s players in that team that can play the McKenna way too.

With a bit of refinement and a few older heads parachuted in and I think they’ll be decent next season.

I think Nicholas Jackson is on the verge of being exceptional. Just needs a bit of tweaking with his finishing.

'Older heads' was a big issue with Poch apparently. He wanted to bring in a couple of older players he'd worked with before next season and got told no. You have basically no control at Chelsea and the owners are bonkers.
