I partly feel the same but on the other hand, don't we want to play the big clubs around the winter when they are bogged down in fixture congestion with Europe and the cups? |  |

I'm looking at it the other way - they'll be terrified of facing us. At least City and Liverpool can take solace from the knowledge that they're both likely to only take three points from their first two games. |  |

Nah, their squads are big enough to cope with that.
Definitely want to play them early and (hopefully) catch them on the hop and at the least get those games out of the way.
Bit like having all four games against Leeds and Leicester done by mid-January last season. | |
