That’s the trouble with social media - people go round in their own little echo chamber and miss the context to things they get all hot under the collar about. That’s assuming you’re right of course. ...of those people's photos was down to rank stupidity, ignorance or even simple laziness.
Whilst it's no excuse, I very much doubt that it was intended to be offensive (despite it obviously being very, very offensive)
This woman knows exactly what she is doing and has a history of going over the top in the most repulsive ways possible.
