£40 million of fresh investment? on 18:02 - Jul 19 with 2989 views | itfc_bucks | Assuming this to be true, given what Swiss Ramble was saying earlier in the summer, we could be looking at circa £100m for transfers in this window. What a change!

I assume this is part of Bright Paths commitment to purchase shares in the club. It will go towards the loss we are able to have this financial year. Remember they are supposed to be putting up to £105m in.

Does it though? If new investment can go against losses then why are there issues with psr, would be so easy to get around

Premier League rules allow a loss of just £5m a year but you can overspend by an extra £30m as long as it is money invested in the club. We wouldn’t run our personal finances like it but apparently it is perfectly acceptable for football clubs.
