Shouldn’t do - infrastructure costs are excluded from FFP calculations. I’m sure there’s a large manual detailing exactly what constitutes “infrastructure”.

Correct. Infrastructure, Women's teams, and community stuff all count as a public benefit so are exempt.

- O Hutchinson Electrical Services
- Delap and Sons Painter and Decorators
- Greaves with Ease Plumbing and Heating
- Muric Building Services
- BJ's are us - For all your cleaning needs

Their work is good, but I'd hesitate to recommend them for domestic work as their day rates are a bit steep!

Weirdly, though, selling the Women's Team would bring in money that can help reduce FFP liability. I think Chelsea are in the process of selling their women's team to a new subsidiary company they own - basically selling to themselves - for a few hundred million, in order to reduce ffp issues.
