Edit again (sorry!): Thijssen running the ball out from central defence then a cross-field ball (with the outside of his foot) to Butcher on the left wing, who beats his man and puts in a pinpoint cross to Mariner who heads just wide. It was an indirect free-kick (for obstruction) that Mills fired straight into the net. That's why it was re-started with a goal kick.
