Nope for me - his wages are obscene. Unlike Sterling, Phillips has something to prove - I always felt Man City moved Sterling on for a reason, and to be fair he’s been pretty poor at Chelsea.

People might scoff but I wouldn't take him regardless of wage.
He's been rank bad for a couple of years now. Poor signing for Chelsea. Had a golden era playing under Pep and he knew when to get rid.
