Yes there were some media links few weeks back and probably agents kick this off. I think Phil said there was some interest but played down as being just one on a long list and that wasn't so high up on the list (I'm sure that interest on the list is weighing up the cost as well not just ability). He's a good player (I have a question mark whether he quite has the killer pace for the prem but would be happy to sign him. I think the issue is Sunderland don't need to sell and they have more a very high premium on his head £25-30 million. | |
