Yeah, he has. Isn’t there a rule about age groups representation not determining senior nationality? I’m surprised he can go back from senior Jamaica to age group England, but presumably that’s allowable.

He's not played for Jamaica in a competitive match so is still eligible for England.

I don't think he has played for Jamaica seniors, but even if he has I think there's a 3 game 'grace period now' a la Declan Rice. However could be mistaken.

Ha! I think that Delap call up is primarily to block him from choosing ROI. I heard there's some rule that if he plays for the U21s again he'll no longer be eligible for ROI. Can anyone shed any light on this?

Incorrect. You can still move from U21s for one Country to another.
