The moment Broja is fit Everton start paying the salary. In full? Because, if so, that's probably where it fell down with us. Pretty sure reports stated Chelsea were picking up a percentage of his salary throughout the loan with us.

This is why I think we couldn't do the deal. I thought with us CFC just paid all the salary right through hence the obligation to try and recoup some of that salary money.

The fact EFC can afford the wages (in full I presume) once fit is why they were able to get the option deal.

Makes more sense to me now we we couldn't do a deal like EFC. Hope they get in more financial trouble and more points docked!
